Innovators Arena

1. Participants without their college ID will not be permitted.
2. Team must consist of 2 to 4 members.
3. Individual projects are also welcome.
4. Participants are responsible for bringing all necessary materials and equipment required for the demonstration of their project.
5. Each participant or team must prepare and bring a chart displaying their project title prominently.
6. Projects will be displayed in designated areas assigned by the organizers.
7. Participants must be prepared to explain and demonstrate their project to judges and visitors during the expo.
8. Projects will be evaluated based on criteria such as innovation, functionality, presentation clarity, and overall impact.
9. Participants must register their projects with the organizers prior to the expo date.
10. All participants must comply with the rules and decisions made by the organizers and judges.
